Thank You
I would like to thank everyone for the cards, prayers and concern during my difficulties. Another procedure will take place in April.
Thank you. Sue Perry

Dear Church Family,
Thank you for all your prayers, cards, visits, flowers, food and comfort you extended to us during the difficult time of the passing of my dad, Clair Wells. We really appreciate all of you and are thankful for you.

I would like to thank the church members and Rev. Loomis for all your prayers and cards. It meant a lot to me and I’m sure that’s what has helped heal me. I go Thursday for tests to see if the cancer has gone away. God Bless you all and Rev. Loomis for his visits and prayers.
Sincerely, Marge Craft & family

Families Following Jesus Class

The Families Following Jesus Sunday School class is starting a new study by Craig Groeschel called ‘The Christian Atheist’ which explores the ways we live that deny what we say we believe. Contact Amy Adam for more information.

Assistance Requested!

Each year on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend our worship includes time to honor those men and women from our congregation who have served, and those currently serving, in the military service of our country. A “Military Salute” is played with military personnel standing when the anthem from his/her branch is being played. We know there are folks from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. We are not sure beyond that. So, if you have served in the Coast Guard, or other branches of the military, please contact the office so all can be included.

Mission Update: Youth with a Purpose Boys Home

We are so blessed to have Carrollton First as partners in our work with the boys!

Our numbers continue to grow and we presently have boys ages 9-20 years. With Bible studies, devotions, school, and other activities every one is very busy. Ten-year-old Matt recently committed his life to the Lord. He got Student of the Month at Southern Elementary and his 9-year old brother made the honor roll with all A’s and one B. Our most recent arrival is 14 year old Gavin whose needs are great. His mother abandoned him and his father is incarcerated right now. His grandmother has raised him since about 2 months old.

We recently received a grant for a new van from a Christian Foundation. We are extremely grateful for this as we were taking 2 cars everywhere.

Please pray for all the boys and the Moore family. Our son Ben is considering spending a year helping us in the ministry. Kate and I both have minor health problems that need prayer and can always use more energy. Continue to pray that the Lord will bring the boys He wants here, as well as for the funds to support them. Thank you for all you do, our love to everyone.
God Bless, Bob & Kate
